What you're subscribing to
A service that connects to your WhatsApp and automatically transcribes the audio and video in your conversations, and translates the conversations you choose, in both directions.
What shows up in your contacts' conversations
LangZap writes the transcription and translation inside the conversation, including in the conversation of the person you're talking to. These messages carry a visible label, and the person on the other side can see they came from LangZap.
You decide whether to turn this on or off per contact, with the traduzir and mudo commands, and you're responsible for informing your contacts, if you think it's necessary.
How LangZap connects to your WhatsApp
The connection uses the same mechanism as WhatsApp Web, by reading a QR code, not the official WhatsApp Business API.
This may go against WhatsApp's own rules and could, in theory, lead to your number being blocked. The company's obligation in that case is still pending a legal decision.
Payment and cancellation
The subscription is monthly or annual, charged by Asaas, by credit card. You can cancel whenever you want, from your account on the site, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
7-day guarantee: request a refund of your first payment within that period and we'll return it, no questions asked.
Usage limits
The plan includes 400 minutes of transcription and 1,000 translations per month, with up to 20 minutes per file. Near the limit you get a warning; once you reach it, processing resumes the following month.
One subscription, one number
Each subscription covers one WhatsApp number. To connect another number, you need another subscription.

Transcription and translation are automatic and may contain errors. Don't use LangZap as an official record, evidence, or the basis for a medical, legal or financial decision.

Points under legal review
This text still depends on a lawyer's review before publication, on: each party's role under the LGPD when the data belongs to a contact who never subscribed to the service; the legal basis for processing that contact's data; the international transfer of audio for transcription; how we handle a contact who is a minor; compensation in case Meta blocks the number; and whether the 7-day commercial guarantee is compatible with the right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
