The text we generate stays with you. You decide when to pause, mute or disconnect.
What's stored, and for how long
Transcription and translation text stays in your internal history for 7 days and is then deleted automatically.
Your contact list (name and number) is kept for as long as your account exists: it's what lets the traduzir command recognize a person by name.
If you cancel your subscription, all your content is deleted within 7 days.
Isolation by customer
Every customer is isolated from every other in the database. System logs never store your message content or your email.
You're in control
From WhatsApp itself, at any time: pause everything with pausar, mute a contact with mudo, or disconnect LangZap in Linked Devices.
From your account, on the site: export all your data or delete everything, whenever you want.
No data is ever sold
LangZap doesn't sell any data and doesn't use your conversations for advertising.
Payment
Payment is processed by Asaas. LangZap never sees or stores your card number.
LGPD
